Just passed AD0-E903. What resources did the community use for Workfront prep?

I did not think I would be writing this post so soon.

I registered for AD0-E903 about six weeks ago. I spent the first two weeks doing what most people do: reading through Workfront documentation, watching tutorials and feeling like I was making progress. Then I opened a practice test and realized I had been preparing for the wrong thing entirely.

The exam does not ask you what a feature does. It puts you inside a situation. A project manager has a stakeholder conflict, a missed milestone and a resource gap, and you have to decide what Workfront functionality fits that specific scenario. Reading docs prepares you for definitions. It does not prepare you for decisions.

That realization changed how I spent the remaining four weeks. I stopped reading and started practicing with scenario-based questions exclusively. One platform that genuinely helped me here was ITExamsTopics. The questions were framed the way the actual exam is, not just theory-based definitions. That shift made everything click faster than anything else I tried.

Passed last week. 47 out of 70, which clears the 45 threshold, but honestly, I will take it.

What did others in this community use when preparing for AD0-E903 or any other Workfront certification? Were there specific resources that actually matched the exam style, or did you find the official Adobe material enough?
