Hello,It will be great if we can introduce an option to change the Number Format in Axis as per our convenience. The default option stays with Decimal : Below the screen grab.It was an question in the forum earlier to change the Decimal Format to Integer. Unfortunately I am afraid that we dont have the option right now in Work Space.Can we take it up?Thank You!Arun

I'm proposing a feature enhancement to the Advanced Scheduling file options to enable choosing PDF for a macro enabled workbook.  https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/arb/schedule_macro_wb.html  Currently you can only send a macro enabled workbook as a macro workbook but as an analyst who uses macros for workflows, template copying, and data clearing it would be great to still be able to send my macro workbook to my audience as a PDF even though the workbook has macros. I understand sending the file as a macro workbook makes sense if you are sending as an excel file but when I'm using Report Builder to build a report to send to people as a PDF it should not matter if my workbook has marcos.

In the latest release of report builder it will no longer accept spaces betweenthe semi colon and the next email. It returns an error saying incorrect email. However when you launch the scheduler within report builder on the first screen you put all the email addresses in without a space. If you then click advanced options it will automatically insert a space between the emails. You then have to delete out all the emails and re-enter them without the spaces. Likewise if you open scheduler in the web interface it will automatically add spaces even when you scheduled it without meaning you have to go back and manually remove all the spaces again before you can schedule. This was not an issue on previous versions and it has stopped my colleagues from upgrading.

Problem:I see many Workspace (or standard Reports) users drilling down from things like Marketing Channel Last Touch reports down to other reports like "Referrers." The problem here is that the user is drilling down from one report/var that might be Last Touch, 30 Days to another variable that is Last Touch, Visit. This causes breakdowns that do not make sense to the average user.As a consultant, I have answered question as to why things like this do not make sense for more than 10 years (i.e. the basic idea that not all things should be broken down by one another just because they can be), and this comes up on a regular basis to this very day.Solution:When hovering over a dimension or clicking the "i" icon, integrate admin console data as to the attribution and expiration of that dimension (to at least make people aware of a possible difference if they lookWhen one dimension is dragged under another (for drill-down) notify the user with a message as to the fact that they are using dim

It would be great to add a customer further analyze url to an alert notification.  We have much more comprehensive workspace dashboards for analysis into alerts.  it would be great if we could link directly to them rather than the standard further analyze dashboards which are pretty thin.

Please please PLEASE provide a better interface for managing existing processing rules.   Our options are 1) wholesale wipe and overwrite everything to target rsids2) append individual PRs to target rsids But there is no "overview" to see which PRs are currently where.  So let's say I have 100 rsids, and they are grouped up in different groups.  And I have some "global" PRs common to all of them.  So I add a PR and append to all.  What happens when I need to update later?  My choices are: a) Append a NEW PR that overwrites the previous one.  This is not good, because we're supposed to write PRs to passively pop stuff as a best practice (e.g. "if not set, then set")  b) Go through every rsid individually and update/delete the PR Neither one of these options are good.   Also, currently PRs are not exposed with Rest/Soap APIs so I can't just make my own interface  Ideally I want a PR management inter

Hello,Right now, to schecule a report on Month Last Date, we only have options to select the days i.e. 1st Day, 2nd Day etc.The logic wont even for all the months since the number changes : 28, 30 and 31.As in Worspace, if we can include 'Month Last Date' option in Reports and Analytics, Dashboards, Report Builders, Data Warehouse etc, it will help everyone in the longer run.Thank You!Arun

The Fallout Reports in Site Catalyst show both % Continued as well as % Fall through metrics.I would like to have the same visibility to % continued on the workspace fallout reports; today I either need to hover over each step or export the data and calculate myself.Thanks!

Now that certification for Processing Rules is no longer required, it should be time to open up a Save method for processing rules in the APIPresently the only method available is 'ViewProcessingRules' in the 'ReportSuite' APIAs a company with dozens of active RSIDs with standardized Processing Rules, a change in one rule set is a pain to roll out everywhereHaving a Save method for Processing rules would make it easy to update across Report Suites, as it is done now with variables/events

It would be very useful having the option of updating an existing scheduled datawarehouse report instead of creating a new one by duplicating an existing one.

Right now, Reloads metric is available only for the Pages Dimension in Adobe Report Builder. If we need to see the Reloads for overall site, we need to use Page Dimension to sub-total it based on the ganurlarity which is tough to build the auto dashboards. Have created a calculated metric PageViews without Reloads (Page Views - Reloads) and automate it using Report Builder, but the option is not available in Site Metrics(Available in Adhoc Analysis). It will be great if we can add Reloads to the Site Metrics.

Opening an Excel file using Report Builder will open the ExperienceCloud login screen, but I hope the login screen will only be displayed when updating data.I want to prevent beginners from seeing the login screen. Can you consider improvement?

Hi Adobe,It will be great if minute/ time stamp level granularity can be provided for Adobe Analytics Data Warehouse extracts. This will especially help to understand the chronological journey of visitors. Also, a hit id or hit number within a visit will also help for the same. If you have a report in workspace using an event, something like product views as your metric and week as your dimension, and you see a drop in views in the last week and you want to see which day that started on, you would break it down by day. However, when breaking down by day, it will give you a list of all days in your time period, not just the days in the week you are breaking down, like this:I don't understand why this would be the case. I would expect to only see the days in the week I am breaking down. One thing to note, when I do that same type of report but use a standard metric (like visits, page views) then this issue doesn't happen (I only see the days of the week I am breaking down).

According to the help text in Alerts:"Time Granularity refers to both how often the alrt will be checked and what will be included.  For example, a granularity of 'Daily' will be checked once a day and look back at the last day's worth of data." This doesn't seem optimal.  The lookback window on any alert (regardless of granularity) should cover at least the past month.  The granularity I specify should only be an indication of how often I want the metric checked and an alert sent.  For example, suppose there's a drop in Revenue on Monday, July 1st.  Adobe should examine Revenue for the month of June (not just Sunday, June 30th's data) to determine if the drop in Revenue exceed the confidence intervals.  I hope this makes sense.  Please let me know if unclear and I will elaborate further. 

I would like to be able to script Workspaces using Javascript. An API would be awesome.Example: when user drags changes Dimension in one table, listener gets triggered. Javascript code attached to that listener then updates other tables in the Workspace.Example of things I would change programmatically:- Dimensions / Metrics / Segmentation - add, remove, change, break downs (add, remove, change)- Date ranges- Show / hide panels- Replace text

I'm obsessed with documentation and I see the power of descriptions for new users. Sometimes custom dimensions are hard to explain and I have to give detailed examples (in descriptions) what you can do in reporting with certain eVars etc and many times I get the red text saying description is too long in admin section. Also, GDPR is coming and there is pressure to explain more detailed way what and why we collect custom information and since many tend to pull dimensions with descriptions to SDR document automatically through admin section, it would be useful to write better descriptions directly to admin section and no need to do seperate work in SDR.Anyone else struggling with this or does this sounds something you would want to support?

While Report Builder has a fallout report, it doesn't have the same capabilities as the one in Workspace.  Specifically it would be really helpful to be able to add events and the like to the Report Builder report.  Right now I can't recreate the same ones in both tools and it is adding multiple extra steps to our monthly reporting.

As we move toward the ability to automate the build-out of an implementation via the launch API, it would be great to be able to automate the classification rules that support that implementation.

Current analytics intelligent alerts are much better than legacy alerts. These are some thoughts to enhanced Intelligent Alerts in 2019.1. Ability to exclude/filter alerts on weekends vs weekdays. (Much awaited request since a long time) @ursboller has great workaround ideas here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2598789. 2. Ability to add custom text alerts on certain future dates. Campaign start/end Dates. 3. Ability to add an alert on evar/prop value anomaly.  eg. "standard" login evar value anomaly vs login event anomaly.4. Ability to add an alert when a report is ready to pull in another system.Please add more thought in comments.

I have about 400 scheduled reports that I need to audit. It would be nice if I can export the scheduled report list to excel for further analysis.

Data Warehouse had a dedicated DataWarehouse API v1.3 but has been deprecated and my understanding is due to be shelved completely sometime this year. Though, it was lacking in the features I desired anyway (read on)The current standard is to use Report.Queue  to request a Data Warehouse report. 1) DOCUMENTATION UPDATE - The reportDescription listing documentation does not show how to specify ftp info for ftp delivery.  I was able to piece this together together because the example Object output by the API Explorer includes it, and it's relatively straight forward - mostly.  Specific values I was also able to piece together from the v1.3 DataWarehouse.Request listing (not the same property names but still).  Also, the v1.4 Data Warehouse Reports documentation just gives a quick comment about referencing the Report.ReportQueue method - which doesn't even exist anymore (it points to a 404 page, and the method itself was deprecated from v1.4).  So.. this should point to the Report.Queue m

We're currently looking at importing offline sales data in order to help us evaluate the performance of our optimisation campaigns.  Ideally I want to be able to look at the A4T ranked report with a number of online metrics and our offline sale metric. I've attached a screenshot which shows the standard A4T ranked report and the Sales metric that is being imported using Data Sources.  Currently we're importing the sales metric as event11 and correlating with purchaseID, so when I look at the purchaseID report against event11 I'm seeing data as expected. However, if I try to breakdown A4T activity reporting by purchaseID and then tie to event11 it will show all as zeros. I'm assuming this is because the sales event is only correlated with the purchaseID but not the A4T activity report.  It would be extremely useful to be able to evaluate Target campaign performance against offline data that forms a key part of the end to end purchase funnel.

In Adobe Analytics the Character limit of PageName is 100 bytesReference:https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/implement/pageName.html If PageName exceeds the limit, it gets to strip off so increase the limit upto 255(characters)
