Hi there,    I have a question regarding the customer loyalty dimension. Understand the below are the current definitions:    Not a customer: At the time of the hit, the visitor has never made a purchase before. New customers: At the time of the hit, the visitor made a single purchase before. Return customers: At the time of the hit, the visitor made two purchases before. Loyal customers: At the time of the hit, the visitor made three or more purchases before   Do these segments act like 'unique visitors' in that they're technically 'unique devices'? So, if I purchased something on Web and then came back a week later and purchased on app, would I be classed as 2 new customers? Even if I logged in both times?    Thank you! Sonia

Hi, We have a login screen that users sign into to access our website. I want to suppress the Adobe beacon from firing on this login screen and only count page views after a user has signed in. I cannot remove the Adobe script from the page because our Cookie Consent Trust Arc rules are loaded via Launch. Is there a way (or what's the best way) to tell Adobe not to fire a beacon for this page? I looked at adding an exclusion to the Send Beacon rule, but it doesn't seem to work as I expected. For example, I am trying to track video playing details such as video name, videoplay segments etc for a particular page. If I am filtering data with an Pagename Prop (created by me), its showing video details for the page properly, but if I am trying to filter data with Page variable video details data is either 0/unspecified.Kindly help me out if anyone can figure it out what part am I missing. Hello,   I have a table that is filtered using advanced filtering to show just what I want. This shows a subtotal in bold with the out of grand total. I want to show a monthly trend for the subtotal but the visualize only allows me to trend the grand total.  How to I trend the subtotal? I prefer an area chart.   Thank you

I'm looking to remove some of our inactive segments that were created for Adobe Target. The XT test using these segments are no longer running and we are trying to limit the number of published segments as much as possible. When I attempt to unpublish a segment, I receive the error message "One or more segments failed to unpublish because they are currently used in one or more Experience Cloud solutions. Please remove the dependency in your Experience Cloud solutions and try again." Do you know what in use refers to because again we are no longer using these segments in a test. Could in use also mean that these segments are being utilized within analysis workspace reports?

How to find which adobe launch rule fires the specific event?   For example in this screenshot I can see scOpen fires but how to find which rule in adobe launch fires it. omnibug shows just the variables which gets fired.

Is there a way of controlling what time the data feed processes the daily file? i.e. defining the specific hour the process should start?

I wanted to conbine them, Is there a way to achieve this?If not, it's good to have secondary email id(personal email id) linked to your account, so that if you change the organization your rewards and achievements will be transferred to different email id. Any thoughts? My reward and achivements got missed at the time of organization change 😛Thanks!

We have a unique situation we've been noticing within our Adobe Analytics, we have last touch channels which when we pivot for eVars (which have been set to visit persistence) sometimes unrelated values will appear.   For example of the issue: When pivoting from our last_touch_channel for 'NATURAL SEARCH' we will see under the custom eVar (utm_campaign) the value of a [Display Campaign Name].    While in principle I understand why that is happening is due to the custom eVar (utm_campaign) being set to visit persistence.   In that example a user is probably is coming on our site initially through a 'DISPLAY' marketing channel and then leaving, then arriving again (within the same visit/timeframe) on our site through 'NATURAL SEARCH'. Due to 'NATURAL SEARCH' marketing channel set to 'override last touch' PLUS the nature of 'NATURAL SEARCH' not having it's own utm_campaign value, the previous eVar value for 'utm_campaign' is carried over from the initial 'DISPLAY' mark

I hope you can help 🙂   In the Marketing Channel Processing Rules I use the following rule: If all of the following are true: evar123 starts with "sea_" Then do the following: Identify the channel as SEA Set the channel's value to evar123 (In my setting the marketing query parameter string is saved in evar123).   Let's say evar123 has a visitor expiry and first touch allocation.   Does this mean that the Marketing Channel AND Marketing Channel Detail dimensions take the expiry and allocation settings of evar123? Or do the Marketing Channel rules apply which are set to an expiry of 30 days (rolling) and last touch?
