Hi, has anyone had the issue of the download stuck at 30% in Workspace? When I click "Download Items as CSV (Segments)", the download starts but once it gets to 30%, nothing happens and the download never finishes.  Thanks. -Peter

HiSince Friday last week I have been experiencing issues when copying data from a table in workspace, to then go and paste that data else where (e.g. into a powerpoint document).The issue seems to be a lag or delay in workspace (no issues microsoft side), whereby selecting the rows on the table to copy, then using Control+C to copy those cells as a few seconds delay now, whereas it really didnt before Friday. This is across different pre saved workspaces

Hi Team, I'm facing the data issue. I have recently implemented Adobe Analytics for site and its live now . We are able to see the data in Dev report suite. Unfortunately, there is no data in the production report suite. I could see the image request in network tab and I tired multiple debugger to validate the calls and they are fine. but there is not data in the report suite configured the variable they are also enabled state.   Help is highly appreciated !! Thanks!krishna

How can I get the the full query string parameter into AA?Sure, its part of the page-url, but since they are sometimes are longer than 255 signs, it is cut off in AA. I am using Adobe Launch / Tagmanager. There I only found the WebSDK Plugin where you can use "getQueryParam" as DataElement Source. But there you need to configure every param in advance. But I dont know every param. Example:Current page url has some parameters:- https://domain.com?param1=foo&random2=bar&utm_source=search&rss=true My expected return string would be the full path without domain.- ?param1=foo&random2=bar&utm_source=search&rss=true Any idea?

Has anyone calculated key metrics and excluded any visitors who bounced? How did you do this?  My internal client wants to know the following key metrics excluding anyone who bounced:  Average Time on Site, Page Views, Page Views per Unique Visitor.

Hi, I am trying to find unique number of logins through Adobe analytics. This is in a mobile app journey. I am using below formula for visits: concat(post_visid_high,'|',post_visid_low,'|',visit_num,'|',visit_start_time_gmt) But is there possibility that customer can login more than one time in 1 viist. Hence, it is not an apple to apple comparison for visit with login metric. If that is the case how to dind number of unique logins then?  PS: A login means a complete session when the user logsin and do activities before it auto logs out or we logout ThanksSandhya S

Hi, I am a bit confused with the conception of New Visitors in Adobe that says "exclude visitors with more than one visit". In this case I have Number of Visits and number of Unique Visitors equal. What if I want to know: in a period chosen (2 month) how many visitors came to my site for the first time and what happened to them, did they return during these two month (more than two visits), how many times... When I apply "New Visitors" segment I have only those that came for the first time and don't return anymore during 2 months period. I am trying to understand the difference between marketing channel instances and tracking code instances. In my screenshot below it shows zero marketing channel instances. I am breaking down last touch with last touch channel detail. How can I exclude marketing channel instances which are showing zero?

If we are merging a whole bunch of report suites into one global instance (using virtual report suites to parse out different BUs/websites), what are my options in ensuring that historical data stays as intact as possible? During this re-implementation, we'll be cleaning up and combining report suites, focusing on creating 1 consistent implementation framework across many global properties.  We're aware that as we are re-imagining our report suite structure to a single suite, this data migration process would dovetail nicely with a transition to CJA. But until that happens, we plan on using the new Analytics suite as a data source sending to CJA (as opposed to a Web SDK/data streams direct-to-CJA data collection). That way, the analytics rework is useful and we won’t need to re-do anything on potential tool integration. Are these my options for combing and retaining historical data?1. Housing it with Adobe somehow (what costs are associated with this option)2.

Is the quick calculated metrics no longer available? cannot seem to find it when click right on a metric.  What is the best function to create a monthly average visits. I would like to create to compare against 2022's monthly averages. But hopefully have a metric that can shift depending on the timeframe dimension I drop down so it is not only stuck to 2022.

The documentation says it shows the the amount of time that passed between hits for a given dimension item and If the hit doesn’t have a subsequent hit, do not include it in this metric. I'm not quite sure I understand this! Does it make sense to have "Average Time on Site " metric for Month or Day or OS? Or it only makes sense to have it with Page?

I'd like to build a freeform table that returns the percentage change from the prior period in the table.Expected results would be something like my screenshot below that shows the Week period in rows and then the Visits metric as a field. The custom metric would then show the percentage lift or fall from the prior period used (week in this case).Bonus if I could change the period from Day, Week, or Month and have the metric know this, but having separate metrics for standard date periods is no biggie. I am wondering How I can best track the user clicks happening on Cookie "Accept" button on my website. Is there a special way I should use it or a general clicked element tracking?This "Accept" button stays unless the user hit it and I want to check how many users have clicked it to enable cookies in their browsers.  Thanks

I requested a data warehouse report to extract IP addresses to identify bot IP addresses. However, the IP addresses are in this format - ::1000493164.There are about 100 bot IP addresses to exclude. And when I try to upload a CSV with these bot IPs, it does not seem to be recognizing them perhaps because of the format. So I would like to know how exactly I can upload these IP addresses so that they are excluded.  If anyone could please explain in what way I have to add the IP's, that would be extremely helpful.Or may I know if user agent is the better way to go?Alternatively, I would have liked to upload user agent list. But I can't see user agent dimension in Data warehouse. Can anyone please help me how this can be done? Or if there is any other better way, Please help.

I keep on getting following error when I login to Adobe analytics. I am unable to see anything else even though I have got admin access. Error- "You have successfully logged in, however no reports have been enabled for your account yet". Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

How can I leverage Adobe Analytics' Attribution IQ to compare different attribution models side by side, analyze credit assignment to various marketing channels based on the chosen model, and better understand the relative impact of different channels on my success metrics?

Part of the quoting process with Adobe they strongly suggest we work with an implementation partner. How necessary is that? What do we gain by working with an implementation partner? I don't have pricing yet, but if it is anything like the pricing I've seen from Google partners to implement GA4 360 I imagine it's going to be at least the price of a single year's license cost if not more. I'm trying to understand if the that cost can be justified especially since we have in-house resources.

Need to show number of components used on the page and this number should be counted only once per page or page url for the site not by the visit or visitor.Example: We have A,B,C,A,C components on a page. I am tracking all those components using a listvar because of the character limit and more number of components can be used on a page.if i pull report , using the listvar & page in the above example i am seeing three rows of data with 5 occurrence but business team wants to see it as 5 rows because they want to see total number of components used on the page. How can I achieve this report.

I want to define segments where visitor has taken Active total time to add item to cart. for e.g If visit 1 visitor spends 30 seconds on website and in second visit he spent 15 seconds on website and add item to cart so here he has taken total 45 seconds to add item to cart I want to define this type of rules while creating segments Can I do that in Adobe Analytics.

I have a co-work just life for a better opportunity. His account has a lot of customized dashboard and scheduled reports. Is there quicker way I can transfer all of them to my account? Thanks!
