Dear All,I have sent an email to Adobe Customer care (customercare@adobe.com). After some days, they have mentioned that "your email address is not recognized in our support system" (PFA screenshot below)Could you please help to guide that why my email address is not recognized.Adobe is our client and I have access of Adobe Analytics and Adobe launch. 

My Paid Social marketing channel isn't getting any attribution anywhere irrespective of first/last touch. I have limited access so I need to understand the right questions to ask my developer.  1) Is the marketing channel configuration done properly for paid social?2) Given that the priority is very low, is it possible that one of the other channels is stealing credit for Paid Social?

Is there a way to request an oauth refresh token that lasts longer than two weeks? We had been using the oauth method to get some great stats from Adobe Analytics about campaign tracking, but then found out that the tokens expire 'by default' after two weeks (https://www.adobe.io/authentication/auth-methods.html#!AdobeDocs/adobeio-auth/master/OAuth/OAuth.md).  Refresh token grants for Google Analytics last until they are withdrawn by the client or the issuer, so it seems odd that isn't offered by Adobe.  I am aware of the JWT method for service to service interactions, but the way it has to be implemented it isn't particularly scalable for us and requires too much from the client - the oauth process is much more typical for our required workflow.  

Feature Request - Is it possible that each time conversion rates and ROAS are low and way below customised set targets, there would be an alert that we could setup and hover towards the metric, there could be some resulting possible factors listed there? It would be even better, if there are some optimization steps too that could be taken in that suggestion box.  Example: High Risk - Requires immediate attention, possibly pausing campaigns Medium Risk - Requires some awareness, and possibly making minor tweaks Low Risk - Requires some notice, but no action required yet

Hi, in PowerBI, I built a connecton to Analytics data. Unfortunately, the scheduled update does not work, probably due to credentials. Is there any solution? I don't want to update the dataset every day manually

Is it possible to add "time spent per visit (seconds)" metrics to Report Builder? When I tried, it was only possible when it was used as dimension or total seconds spent 😞  And if it's not possible, I would like to use a formula to calculate it. According to Adobe Analytics, the formula of time spent per visit (seconds) is "total seconds spent/(visits-bounces)", but the calculated metric using this formula was not exactly the same as the metrics that Adobe provides in the picture below T-T

Hello! I am trying to extract data from Adobe Analytics in Power BI Desktop and I need some advices/guidance, please. 1. I've tried to use the Adobe Analytics Connector from PBI, but it doesn't work very well so this in not an option. I've tried using Data Warehouse, but here I can't find some metrics, like Bounces, Engaged Visits. Also, I've tried Report Builder, but this also has some limitations. Is there any other way to extract massive data from Adobe Analytics?  2. I want to mention that I have also some segments, that need to be extracted as a dimension (as rows, not as columns or filters). Is there any way to do this? I have a lot of segments, so if I want to use DataWarehouse or Report Builder I will need to make a report request for each segment, which is a lot of manual work. Any advices?

In Adobe Analysis Workspace, is it possible to wrap the text in a fallout visualisation? I have edited the text to make the description shorter but in some instances my fallout needs to contain the full page name which tapers off due to the space available. 

I'm new to Adobe Analytics. Someone on our Marketing teams wants to know if Adobe Analytics can be integrated or work with Pardot? More specifically with their email campaigns. Partdot is an App client for Salesforce. Hi there - when I break down both Display Click Through and Display View Through marketing channels, with the Marketing Channel Detail dimension, I am seeing the following patterns on observation of data for the past 6-months. For reference, the value of "Referring Domain" has been used for both Click and View throughs. Display Click Throughs:Approx. 84% of all occurrences are labelled "None" - any ideas why?I am expecting to see the domain of the website where the ad was clicked - instead I am seeing a lot of what appear to be ad network domains, which doesn't appear particularly useful. Hello Dear Community, I have a click-based success event that triggers when somebody clicks on the cookie acceptance button on my website. Same time, We do have DOM-ready eVars that capture various digital data for us to understand the customer journey with every page load. One of the eVar is using our 3rd party extension to identify the most engaged website visitors. Keeping these scenarios in mind, I want to confirm if it is the right practice if I try to pull a click-based success event against DOM-ready eVar for understanding who are those people who clicked on my cookie acceptance button. Or should I map separate new eVars in the same click event rule to capture my most engaged web visitors?  I do understand that 2nd option is more correct but then why my DOM-ready eVar is also showing me results of engaged visitors against the click event when I am pulling it in the freedom table 

We need to analyse a sequence of events that a user engages in. Use case: number of users who see a banner as the immediate next hit after landing on a page. Page view should be hit x and banner impression should be hit x+1. How can I get this information out on Data warehouse? For us time stamp is not working as multple banners can be shown in the same time stamp, we want to know the exact hit number. Thanks in advance for any advise. Also, why do we not maintain hit depth as a Dimension in Adobe. Any reasons?  Edit: After trying an iteration with Data feed, realized that the tsv file generated for even a day is huge (close to 3.5 GB), plus the data too is very complicated to process. Much easier with Data warehouse. Hoever, sequential analysis wont be possible on DWH. That will probably be limited to workspace. Personally I do not see any cross platform analysis where hit id will be required. Will use timestamp instead(even though in seconds)

Hi all- My boss asked me to investigate why we have Visits/Visitors with a UTM Medium but without a UTM Source (UTM Source is listed as "Unspecified"). I realized that, in contrast to Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics prioritizes UTM Medium above UTM Source: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo-measure/using/channel-tracking-and-setup/online-channels/utm-parameters.html?lang=en All of our links still use the GA tracking parameter order: UTM Source first, then UTM medium. Like this: http://www.example.com/?utm_source=source&utm_medium=medium Does this matter? Should I change our URL structure to be like this: http://www.example.com/?utm_medium=medium&utm_source=source Or is AA always going to collect medium first regardless of what order the tracking parameters appear in? Can anyone shed any light on this?
