Hello, I have tried testing out the Adobe Analytics Alerts but I would like to limit the alerts from triggering between 12:00am to 7am. I have added an hour of day filter to the alert but it still fires on the times I've tried to exclude. Does anyone have an explanation for this? Is there something I can change on the filter to stop this from happening? Here's the configuration of the filter: Thanks for the help!

We have multiple language-specific pages within our domain. Some data we collect (CTAs, Article Titles, etc.) are not in EN and are collected in the region's native language. I have not seen a solution for translation in Analytics or Launch - is there a solution or alternative for this?

Chat related data capturing in adobe datalayer like started, cancelled, time etc.., We are capturing the "chat timestamp in eVar, event2 for started and event3 for cancelled.1) how can i check that how much time as spent by user on single chat? 2) If i missing something, please guide in proper way to colleting the data and making reports? Thank you very much!

Dear all,    after some years of using Adobe Analytics we see more and more calculated metrics that are double or way more than double. We totally understand why this is happening. Either some colleagues calculate their own metric without knowing about the existing one or when we push projects to multiple report suites and save them, they duplicate sometimes too.    My question is, if there's an easy way or any recommendations how to handle this and how to clean this up. Our concern is, if we just delete some of the calculated metrics, they will disappear in the projects they are used in. We want to avoid this. As far as we know it's not possible to see in which projects one special calculated metric is used, so we could replace it in those projects.    Thank you for sharing your experiences with this and best regards Sabine

Hello, I am trying to display part of a regular expression in a project. The problem is that from the tests the classification rule is correct but once in the project it does not return me the value. I created several drop-down filters in Adobe Workspace Free Form table.  The fields I used are frequently updated with new values.  Will those drop-down filters automatically update/populate with the new values as they are added? For example, I created a drop-down filter on June 6th for External Campaign Names, then new External Campaign Names were created on June 8th. Will the June 8th new values automatically populate into the drop-down filter I created on June 6.  To clarify, I dropped the field name as my filter, which brought in all the values automatically on June 6th, so I'm hoping that will continue to automatically update with any new values.   If they do automatically update,how long does the update take (real-time, same-day, next-day)?  Thank you.

I did some testing on our development environment to capture the Launch rule name as it fires. I used the method below (use runtime environment for the data element).https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/capture-adobe-launch-rule-name-in-a-prop-variable/m-p/582899#M42510  The rule was configured to capture rule names on an unconfigured prop for testing purposes. The rule event was set to "page bottom" and there were no conditions on the rule.  This rule has been disabled & published to production and then deleted. However, we are STILL seeing the unconfigured prop being populated both in our dev environment and in our production environment via the platform debugger.  Any advise would be appreciated.

Hello.I'm trying to import some commerce data to Adobe Analytics. To do that I'm testing Customer Attributes with a csv file. I'm not sure of the necessary steps that I should take.The approach that I'm using for the offline data is using Customer Attributes. In this csv file I have an attribute called customerID, that is what I want to use to differentiate users. The csv file is like this: If I just want to check if the data from this csv file is being sent to Analytics is there any additional step that I need to do besides uploading this data to Analytics? I can't see values from the csv in Analysis Workspace:Also, is there a better approach to send offline data to Analytics or Target? Thank you.

Hi, I have this video component that is not triggering a rule when I first play/pause the audio. But on the second and succeeding click, the rule is now triggering. One condition of the rule is that it will fire when there is analytics link name. On first click of play/pause, the video component has no link name: values are shaded for privacy. however, when I play/pause the video for the second time, this happens. a link name is shown can someone help me, what is the issue with this? thanks

Hello there, I built a report and sometimes I need to export data via "Project > Download CSV". I discovered that the export will commence before the data is completely loaded, resulting in differently sized CSV files when I download them directly or if I wait a few moments. I will admit that the report is rather heavy with several dimensions, metrics and breakdowns. However, in my opinion the export should just not work or wait until all data has been loaded. I hope that the same does not apply to the scheduled data and that this will always be correct. I do not need help finding a workaround or anything, just wanted to raise awareness and hope that this issue will be fixed. Thanks and bestFreddy

Hi All, A detailed report in my company scheduled to stakeholder on daily basis which is around 20MB file size. A stakeholder stopped getting this report due to large file size since a month.What are the possible ways to share adobe analytics data with them in excel? Thank you!

I have AEP Edge Configured on my mobile app.How do I send data from Edge to Analytics? I have added Adobe analytics service in my data stream and mapped to a test report suite but can't see the data. What else is needed to see the data?
