Hi AA community ! I'm finding a way to measure the number of clicks for the specific CTA.I want to differentiate those visitors who click CTA only one time and others.e.g.,Segment1: Visitors visit A page and click B CTA one timeSegment2: Visitors visit A page and click B CTA more than twice If you have any good ideas for building segmentation, let me know.It would be greatly helpful for me  😀

Hello, When writing a processing rule, one of the options for changing a variable's value is to choose a "Hit Attribute," among which is the value "Report Suite ID". I would like to know if this really means literally that the RSID will be inserted as a new value, or, am I missing something? I have looked through the documentation but I am not finding information about these "Hit Attributes" and how they are used. The reason for the question is that we capture the RSID in a property, but the site code occasionally goes rogue and inserts an improper value. Yes, it would be nice if the code monkeys would fix the code, but we're overwhelmed with work and that's not going to happen soon. In the meantime, I would like to clean it up.Help is appreciated.Thanks. mp"He flung himself from the room, flung himself upon his horse and rode madly off in all directions." - Stephen Leacock

Hi Team, I am seeing multiple server calls whenever we load the page, can some one help us what is the solution for it. Thanks in Advance

I have created one report in AdobeMobileEcosystem. Is there a way I can move my report from AdobeMobileEcosystem to Adobe Corp workspace?I am trying to share the report, but recipients couldn't access the report created in AdobeMobileEcosystem. Hence not able to open the report. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Hi community,I have an scenerio where we move from one site to another site (different domain) for login and then come back to original site.Because of that, we're passing Marketing Cloud ID (MID) in the url to login site, to keep cross domain tracking. Login site receives MID correctly, but now we need to set it up when the pageview is sent.Regards,

Our website is planning for new domain name. 1, How do we reconfigure the adobe launch and analytics to include this new domain? 2, During the parallel run, if we had some existing adobe launch tags built under the old domain, they would still work fine to collect conversion/traffic data as long as there is redirection to the new domain? 3, If we introduce a new subdomain (e.g. subdomain.abc.com), how do we add into this domain list in adobe launch?

Hi, I am currently reviewing marketing channels that lead visitors to my company's website based on last touch attribution. However, when I search for my Paid Search CID under asset tracking codes, I realized that quite a number of them appeared on other marketing channels such as organic or emails. This is weird cause the Paid Search CID is specifically meant for Paid Search and will not be used as part of email or SEO campaigns. Just would like to check if anyone faced anything similar and have a possible explanation for it? Thank you.

As far as I know my UTM implementation in AA is correctly done. However, if I draw a report of page name -> page URL, the UTM URLs are listed as if they are a different URLs for that page. Technically this makes sense, but this behavior is different in Google Analytics, which leads to confusion for users experienced in GA. Because in GA the URLs containing UTM tags are all unified under the page URL. Is that possible to achieve in AA too? Examples below. How it works in Google Analytics: User 1 accesses this URL: www.carpage.comUser 2 accesses this URL: www.carpage.com?utm_source=tag ReportPage name: Car Page (2 visits)URL: www.carpage.com (2 visits) How it works in Adobe Analytics: User 1 accesses this URL: www.carpage.comUser 2 accesses this URL: www.carpage.com?utm_source=tag ReportPage name: Car Page (2 visits)URL: www.carpage.com (1 visit)URL: www.carpage.com?utm_source=tag (1 visit)

I am getting the SFTP server setup to receive data from the data warehouse requests. Our corporate policy requires us to whitelist the ip address. Are there specific ip ranges for the datacenter where our orgis setup. I would prefer to whitelist only the required ip on the SFTP server.

I created my adobe account at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/landing/analytics-university/ with my work account, and today I was given access to the actual environment where I will be working however when I log into the environment where I will be working I am automatically redirected to Adobe Analytics University Student Sandbox, I am trying to log out of the organization but I do not have the option in the profile manager, I also have no way to contact or open a ticket in support, could someone help me to log out of Adobe Analytics University Student Sandbox?

Hi All,  My company transitioned from Google Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics in July 2023. In Google Analytics, I recorded unique page views, not total page views. How can I find unique views in CJA? Alternatively, is there a way to find unique visitors? I have seen older questions on this platform that attempt to answer my question, but the features mentioned are no longer available in CJA.

Dear All,How do we confirm that Adobe Launch Server side is implemented in any website or not?

I'm trying to create a simple quick calculation based on the metrics in the freeform table which works fine on a table on another workspace but not my current workspace. Steps:1. Dimension = Segment I created for Tracking Code (v1 starts with search)2. Visits as metric 13. Visits with "Last Month" time segment on top4. Click Visits then cntr+click Visit with "Last Month"5. Right click on of the highlighted metrics6. No ability to create a quick metric Go to another workspace.... do the same steps and I get the calculated popup. Instead of removing the Create a Metric from the menu, just leave it and indicate why it isn't working.Anyone have ideas? 1. Closed Adobe and reopened -- didn't work2. Logged out and logged back in -- didn't work3. Closed project and reopened -- didn't work

It is not possible to capture flow, if the pages are capturing in different report suites. We can capture the flow, if all the pages are capturing in same report suites

Hi guys, I'm using Adobe Client Data Layer as Event, so once the event is clicked the rule will be firing. And I'm using the below code to set my variables. then Send Beacon then send variables, It gets fired in the console but im not able to see the firing in my debugger I'm using Omnibug.s.linkTrackVars = "products,eVar7,eVar15,eVar3,prop1,prop29,prop30,eVar29,eVar31,prop31,eVar32,eVar33,eVar28"; s.linkTrackEvents = "scAdd,scView,scOpen,event12,event17"; s.events="scAdd,scView,scOpen,event12" if(s.pageName) s.getPageLoadTime(); if(s._pltPreviousPage) { if (s.events == "undefined") { s.events = "event17=" + s._pltLoadTime; } else { s.events = s.apl(s.events,"event17="+s._pltLoadTime); } } s.eVar3 = s.prop1 = _satellite.getVar('visitorID'); s.prop29 = s._pltLoadTime; s.prop30 = s._pltPreviousPage; s.eVar29 = s.prop30; s.eVar31 = s.getVisitDuration(); s.prop31 = s.eVar31; s.eVar32 = s.getVisitNum(); s.eVar33 = getTimeParting("America/New_York"); s.eVar28 = s.get

. I want to integrate Adobe Campaign reports in analytics. I can see an option under report suite >edit settings>Adobe Campaign> Adobe Campaign Reporting. I guess this option is to enable campaign reporting in Adobe Analytics but I don't find any detailed documentation on steps needed to enable this integration. Any help on this will be much appreciated. Thanks,Rajeev

Hi-  I was wondering if there was an easy way to pull revenue by day by DMA over a span of time? I am having a trouble getting to this view even in the Data Warehouse when I select "daily" breakdown.

We are trying to get the the percentage paged viewed.I know previously there was a plug in (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/vars/plugins/getpercentpageviewed.html?lang=en) however, it is not supported for the WebSDK.  Is there a way to get this information before?

I've looked into the history of the topics posted on bots and could not find exactly what I was looking for.  What I want is a way to build a segment that identifies IP addresses that have x # visits in an hour with zero orders.  Is there an easy way to do this with segmentation?  Thanks.

Hello!  We are in the process of implementing the new EDGE network Adobe Web SDK and redoing our tagging.  We've built some of the new server side tags with processing rules.  Question for the forum:  how can we QA events built in processing rules to make sure they are firing properly on the site?  With client-side tagging, we would look at events using dev tools and/or Adobe Experience Cloud debugger, but now we cannot see them there anymore.Open to suggestions!

In a recent analysis around new vs repeat visits my team was doing for our e-commerce site, we noticed that we could tie an order from today to a visitor who had previous visits up to 90 days ago. This is without any on-site authentication data, this is strictly visitors who have not made an account on our site, but placed an order as a guest today, and had previous visits 90 days ago.  According to this documentation, Adobe’s first-party cookies are limited to a 7-day expiry or, for click-throughs that Apple determines are coming from trackers, a 24-hour expiry. With a 7-day expiry, if a user visits your site and returns within seven days, then the cookie’s expiration date is extended by another seven days. However, if a user visits your site and returns in eight days, then they are treated as a new user on the second visit. I have also read here that on Chrome browser for example, cookies can last up to 400 days before expiring, and wondering if this is

Hi everyone, I would like to segment visitors based on the number of visits they make on a rolling date range. For example, I want to create a segment for visitors that made 12 or more visits in the last 13 months. I used the following configuration, but it seems that it returns also visitors who made only 1 visit in the last 13 full months. Is there any way to do it? Thank you in advance,Kassiani

Hi,  I've been encountering a significant uptick in traffic labeled as "Bookmarked/Typed" within Adobe Analytics, and it's proving to be quite wrong. I'm seeking guidance on how to make sense of this situation. At the moment, the data seems rather unreliable, which is causing challenges in providing accurate reports to stakeholders and effectively addressing crucial internal projects. I'd greatly appreciate your best recommendations. Having been accustomed to the user-friendly and seamless nature of Google Analytics, I now find myself repeatedly investigating issues with Adobe Analytics. Any insights you could provide would be very helpful!
