Why do I keep getting the "Page Unresponsive" error when I'm trying to build reports in Workspace? Does anyone know of a fix for this issue? Started happening near the end of last week and now its happening every few minutes as I edit my tables. status.adobe.com doesn't mention any issues.

Where is the Report Builder download for Mac OS?  

I am trying to use the Classification Importer to classify values for a subclassification but after uploading my csv file, it says 'no rows were updated/affected' and when I look in workspace, the values were indeed not classified.  Below is an example of what I'm trying to classify. The Key values include a concatenated value of campaign id & channel. I have a classification rule via classification rule builder to parse out the value for campaign id but I also need to classify the friendly campaign name based on the campaign id. We will be updating our logins from Adobe IDs to Federated IDs.  Many of the Analytics users do not have the same email used for logins that our SSO provider has. When updating via the csv file in the Adobe console, is it possible to change the Identity Type, Username, Email and Last Name (some ladies have remarried) and keep the ID so that they don't lose all their segments and workspaces?

I have a working connector between Adobe and PowerBI. Trying to fetch more than a few lines of data gets me "waiting for" status for what seems like forever (I have waited I think at least 1.5h or along the lines). I am using the default "Adobe Analytics" option and I think this was developed by Adobe/Microsoft devs together, not sure if it is being updated or to what extent ... Any recommendations how / what can be done to facilitate the data load a bit. I know what filtering is, and to do it early as possible, but perhaps there are some tricks and tips someone might have encountered?

Hi, I am working on a rule in Adobe Launch wherein I wanted to fire it whenever I press the enter key on the element. I have use the Event Type: Key Press in my rule using the class of the element but rule isn't firing. Am I missing something here? Is it okay that I use the class element?

We are sending data from multiple websites into a single reporting suite intentionally, allowing us to potentially track customer journeys across different sites. To aid analysts in focusing on specific websites, we provide Virtual Report Suites (VRS) for hits from individual sites (based on Site Section value). However, our chosen setup results in the Entry Page being the initial page of a visit, which may span multiple websites in some cases. When a VRS encompasses hits from a specific website only, the Entry Page may still belong to a different website actually not covered by the VRS. Is there a method to identify the first page visited within the VRS exclusively?

Hi Adobe experts, I have a question regarding unique page visitors. Scenario:I have a website and it has an iframe. On page load, the unique visitor has a value of "new". However, when I interacted with the form, the unique visitor became "new" as well where it should be "repeat".  Here is my setup for the Marketing Cloud:Note that the MCID for both iframe and main page are already the same. The code below was also added on Adobe Analytics extension to capture the New Repeat Visitss.eVar12 = s.getNewRepeat(90); Question:Is there any setup or suggestion that you can give me so the iframe will have "repeat" value without hardcoding them? I already used Common Analytics plugin before but it did not work as well Thanks in advanced! 

Hi people in AA comunity 😀 I'm finding a way to transfer segments & workspace to create the same workspace in another organization.However, it seems that sharing any segments and workspace with the one in other organization is not possible at the moment.Does anybody have found a way for it? It would be conducive if you share how you did that.

Hi,We want to teach our less experienced colleagues with Adobe Workspace, but wanted to start with basic. I tried to create a curated workspace environment, where I would allow users to see only a couple of metrics, dimensions, segments, and then continue with more.I used a test account – took away all previous rights and applied a new product profile with only few items available, to test it.This is what I allowed:  However, when I login as the test user, I still see more dimensions or metrics than I allowed in the profile.  I didn't find out why I see the items I didn't allowed and also didn’t find the way how to remove it. The tester is not having rights via any other profile, nor is member of any other group.  Can you help me find the way to "clean" the workspace for the test user?  I don't want to use project curation. VRS curation is also not the best solution for our case. Creating new users is also not a solution as we have acco

I've discovered a weakness in Rolling Date ranges when they are supposed to be relative to a rolling Panel Date Period. If you have a Fixed Start Date but Rolling end date for the Panel, or if a project is deisgned to allow users to change the panel date range, you cannot create a Rolling Date range that will stay relative to that, because it only considers the Start Date and not the End Date. For example, I wanted to make a Year-on-year comparison period that was relative to the panel date, so users can easily see the metrics for the same period in the previous year. The Start date for the period is easy - simply Current Day (based on panel date) - 365, however you cannot set the correct end date as you cannot predict the length of the Panel Date Range they are going to use (or if the panel date range has a fixed start but rolling end, so it is continually growing). The logical way to do this would be to include relativity to the Panel End Date as well as the Panel

We have campaign parameters set up and we are seeing various URLs populate under this specific campaign. Does anyone know why this would show up as different URLs? The first URL is the correct campaign URL with the UTMs. The first and second seem to be the same, but the second one has an item ID associated with it (naviga_item_id=22060)? And the third one isn't a trackable at all. I have seen this happen a few times, so just trying to get to the bottom of it and see if it's something on our end or Adobe.  

When sharing Analytics components, there is an option to share to a group? How is this list populated? I assumed it was user groups from Admin Console, but I've added user groups to Admin Console and there is no update to the groups in Analytics. Thank you  

Is Adobe Experience platform web sdk server-side tracking? I cam across web skd extension in launch and trying to use it. In order to use it should I need any support from dev team? Trying to understand how it differs from app measurement?

I am facing an issue where my Adobe Analytics page view beacon is not firing. I could see my rule getting fired, the tracker with all the variables is getting set and the logs also show "Firing Page View Beacon". However, there is no beacon triggered. When I call s.t() with a delay of 500ms in a custom code, the tags start firing as expected however, this is not the case with the default action of Send Beacon.
