Adobe Analytics

I am trying to get my Adobe Data Warehouse report to display a custom dimension with a generic name in a header of the CSV report. I do not wish to use the out of the box "Page URL" dimension for this report. I am using Data Warehouse for delivery of this report. The name of my custom dimension is "Page URL (prop45)", but I would like it to read as "Page URL" in a column of the CSV export. Though I updated it at the source, it is still coming up as "Page URL (prop45)" in the CSV. Even when I drag the custom dimension into report builder it reads as "Page URL", but appears differently in the export. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do it? Any help is appreciated 

Hi there, i created a metric that, by design, seems not able to be displayed in line chart (for example) : The idea is to calculate some pages visits with homepage as previous screen, and divide this by the total visits of the homepage. The thing is, it works fine when you put it in a table with all the pages as dimension, because the homepage visits are already calculated in this table. BUT, if you create a line chart for one of these pages or try a breakdown by day (for example) it gives "infinity". The explanation is these two options are, in terms of data manipulation, the same : a new filtered table is created on a specific page for the breakdown, and there's not "homepage" in this new table. So homepage total visits is 0 in this table. Divide something by zero doesn't generally work 😄   I wonder if there was some solution for this. Like an "Except" in PowerBI or something in the calculation, to prevent filtering in the second part of the calculation. Or a method to

Is it possible to create a custom rolling date range in Adobe Analytics based on days of the week? For example:First Day of Year - First Saturday of the YearFirst Day of Year - Second Saturday of the Year Is there a way to make this rolling so that if my panel is using a date range 1/1/2021-12/31/21 it would auto-detect dates of 1/1/21-1/2/21 and 1/1/21-1/9/21? Or if my panel date range is 1/1/22-12/31/22 it would use dates 1/1/22-1/1/22 and 1/1/22-1/8/22?

Objective: I'd like to create a daily alert showcasing data from the previous day. the trigger being more specifically, if the clicks metric is 0 i want the alert to include the campaign name of said negative metric.  Problem: Can't seem to manually send a test alert, so i'm struggling to understand how i can correctly implement the time and campaign aspects. 

Greetings,I am using the "Marketing channel" dimension in AA to track information about campaigns, by breakdown the "Affiliate Marketing" channel with the "Tracking code" dimension I found out that there is an "Unspecified" category. Is this a problem with tracking codes?How Adobe recognize this tracking belongs to Affiliate Marketing Channel? 

Hi  I wanted to create a calculated metrics giving me weekly conversion. For example, previous week if the total conversion for a dimension is lets say was 200 and the prior week if it was 240 so I can get two items given the time selected is last two weeks. Any thought here would be helpful.

hi, I have one days worth of hit data. i am trying to get the total daily visits from that day, however when compared to the adobe analytics dashboard its is way over. i get about 10mil when i run below query but dashboard shows around 400k.  below is the sql query that i tried SELECT COUNT ( CONCAT(post_visid_high, post_visid_low, visit_num, visit_start_time_gmt)) FROM dba.myTable WHERE exclude_hit = 0 AND hit_source NOT IN (5,7,8,9) what am i doing wrong?

I'm currently doing a weekly pull from Data Warehouse for our Data Engineering team that includes Transaction ID broken out by Marketing Channel interactions with Orders as the metric. They've asked that I add a layer that can give a definitive order to the channels viewed for each order.  I tried adding the Hour dimension to the export to timestamp the channel interactions but the format it delivered in was a time range that I was having trouble deciphering in excel.  Is there another way to index the channels that I'm missing? 

Hi,We provide a dashboarding application that can fetch our users' analytics data. We used to rely on JWT authentication and we are in the process of migrating to the new OAuth workflow. I'm getting this message after I hit Save Request. I created the exact same report in a different report suite with no issues, but now getting this message every time. The error message doesn't offer any additional information and there is no link attached to it.Anybody know what could cause this to happen in one report suite and not happen in another?  

Hello! I'm trying to estimate the file size before implementing a data feed in adobe analytics. Is this information available anywhere or I'd need to manually calculate the file size based on our total hits? if calculating manually, what's the most accurate way to pull the hit count? Thank you!

we were recently build Customer Journey Analytics in adobe. we have used Adobe Client Data layer,and XDM schema.but when we create reports its been observed that there arehalf million records as "undefined Page Urls".600k records as no value enteries and 1000k records as Goback enteries. These issue is affecting our abilities to accurately analyze user behaviour.Currently CJA only contains web data. May someone please help me how to debug this.what could be my first step..... Please suggest the all the steps required for debugging such scenario.Appreciate your help very much.Thanks a lot

I have a table where I'm showing 5 rows (top 5). Is there a way to sum the % of just those top 5 rows? My ultimate goal is to show that the top 5 displayed dimensions make up X% of total without having to manually calculate the individual % outside of Adobe.

when i worked somewhere previously, a colleague created this dashboard for a high demand product and we could see the sales and the adds update all day (maybe using the hour of day metric) and then we could see it as a visual and then either we could refresh or it would refresh by the hour. i cannot remember what metrics are needed to do this and then to create the visual after. any ideas welcome.

Hi,i created some processing rules to define the last touch channel of my tracking code.I build my tracking code in tealium, in the form of "utm_data1|utm_data2|...|utm_medium" and i send it to Adobe. My medium usually are in the type of "banner" - "email" ecc..But for example i declared a processing rule that check if the tracking code contains "email" or "Email" and it's before the rule for the Direct traffic.But when i split the tracking code for the last touch channel a tracking code of this type: Active 15.03.24|dengage|email ends up in the Direct channel, some in "None" and just a few in my Email marketing channel!! How it is this possibile?I only check data with a range of date after my modifications to the processing rules because i know that if i make a change to them it is not retroactive, but also after week after the processing rules update i see this type of situation.... help me pls!!email rule before the direct rule: 

Hello - we discovered that an exit link which has an <a> tag wrapped around a <button> is not tracked by the default AppMeasurement exit link tracking functionality.  Removing the <button> tag seems to allow tracking to happen.  Is there an alternative way to code the <button> tag or somehow override the auto link tracking behavior so the tracking can happen?     Thanks for any ideas.

Will we be able to track camera shutter click on native app. Suppose I'm on a grocery app and opened the camera from app and clicked it can we track that click?
