Adobe Analytics

I recently implemented onetrust on my website. The set up is the user requires to opt in to for the cookies to be dropped and analytics calls to fire. Once the accepts all or performance cookies the Adobe analytics and ECID cookies drop, dataLayer loads but the AA calls don't fire consistently. Sometime they fire and sometimes they don't. Out of 10 page reloads it AA calls fire approx. 4 times. It's clear that the tags work but there is something prevents it from firing in certain cases. I suspect it is a timing issue.  The onetrust banner fires Library load (page top) We have a data element for previous permissions And rule with the onetrust function that opts in or out based on the user intraction on the banner Onetrust group each rule belongs to Can someone help me understand why the AA calls fire in some cases and do not in other? Do I add a banner directly to the website instead of doing it via launch? 

I have two user requests to access to Adobe Analytics. I am following our standard procedure by giving them access to product 'Adobe Analytics - Sephora' with 5 profiles.They are in Canada. When trying access Adobe Analytics, they get an error "You don't have access to the linked application for that organization".

We want to track exit links for a page whenever the user leaves the page whether to a different page within the site or a completely different site. I've tried slightly different versions of the steps below:  1. Configure a rule that sets a variable upon landing on the page, without sending a beacon or clearing the variable.2. A second rule that gets fired when history changes and the above variable exists. It sets a page URL variable, sends a beacon and then clears the variable. But it seems like the variable doesn't exist when the user leaves the page, so #2 never gets fired. I think there's something about eVars and props that I don't understand. Or should I try a completely different approach? I've also tried props with pathing but wasn't sure if that was working either, and I've also read I should try to use eVar over prop.

Hi, i made a query to get the total unique visitor and visits for a single day, when i compare my query result to the result on adobe dashboard i see that i am a couple unique visitors off. for example my query would get 345,369 unique visitors but on adobe dashboard i would get 345,375. Is there some configuration setting that might cause the right click menu to not work properly? For example no menu appears when I right click on a metric or a dimension in a freeform table and I am trying to understand what could be the cause. The menu appears when I right click on other elements on the workspace environment (such as the panels, the visualisations or the components at the left sidebar.

When retrieving data from Adobe Analytics into Power BI, sometimes only 580 records are fetched, while occasionally it shows 1000. This falls short of the expected total, which is approximately 50,000 records. I'm unsure why this inconsistency keeps occurring.

Hi,currently there are two different types of reports in Analytics (next to workspace):Legacy reports in the main menu (which will be deprecated soon)Pre-defined workspace reports, available via the Reports tab on the leftWe are currently rolling out Analytics to the organization and I don't want users to see the old legacy Reports & Analytics available from the main menu. I fear users will be confused and the legacy reports are terrible. I tried the following:Set "Hide Report Tab" in the preferences: Unfortunately this also hides the pre-defined workspace reports.Remove access to "Reports & Analytics" via the admin console: Appears to have no effect.Does anyone know if it is possible to hide the legacy "Reports" in the main menu only?

Hi,  How would you make a metric how many products were sold in CJA? Taking into account that one order can contain multiple productListItems? 

I have this configuration for my event, but having it this way, it counts each time the event is executed  And when viewing the report in Analytics, it shows the counter increasing by 1 each time instead of the purchase values, thus compromising the data. Please help

I found in the doc that "This option is not available for report suites enabled for the New Classification Architecture"  ,which seems to be the reason. Sometimes i receive empty data in breakdown field in report, it only happens in Mobile segment, whereas in Computer segment i am receiving proper data. Hi all, For our mobile app, when we pull data showing unique visitors based on Account Type, we have segments pulling in from the web property as well, but those segments are not available on mobile app. The mobile app allows you to log in/identify as only a user, co-user, or third party. I need to use the "Data insertion" to insert some evars one per day in my Adobe report.I see that in the Adobe Analytics V2.0 the only way to do it is to use the Bulk endpoint but I don't want to create the csv for that. I try to use the Data insertion that exist in v1.4 but when I try to create a new project in Adobe Developer console I can add only the V2.0. Can you please tell me what should I do to insert the V1.4 ?
