Getting an "Unable to retrieve company mappings" 500 error when using the Report API 1.4

Hi, I was running some reports yesterday and out of nowhere I got this error:

    "error": "server_error",
    "error_description": "Unable to retrieve company mappings"
}
 
Using:
 
I have since not been able to run any API calls. 
 
Could someone please shed some light on this?
