financial industry demo - CJA environment with lots of data

I need to prepare demo with cross channel analytics use-case for FI. Preparing dummy data in python for every channel and journey sounds like hell. Then it needs to be in XDM Schema format and then uploaded into AEP. 

 

How would you approach such a task?

Umm.. cry and take a sick day?

 

Though in seriousness, how much data do you need and when do you need it by?

I would almost be tempted to create a simple implementation (limited dimensions and events - some basic standard ones, and maybe something a little more complex to show it can be done), deploy in it into a QA or Dev environment and just use that data for the demo.
