What's the best way to report a bug?

I've found a bug in which it is necessary to clean the browser cache in order to see graphics with lines.

If you are a supported user, click on the ❓ icon in the top right corner and select "Submit Support Ticket".

I'm also not seeing a way to submit bugs, but I'm wondering if your issue relates to this one?
