Adobe Data Repair API - setting variable based on multiple conditions

Hello

I'm looking for clarification on the 'set' action and applying conditions in which to set the variable.  I wish to set a dimension value, based on what it starts with, and if a certain value is seen within it. The github documentation doesn't make clear if multiple conditions can be used to set or delete, is this possible, and if so what would the syntax be for this?
