Hello! I'm new in the community.At the agency where I work, we are integrating the system with adobe review links to get feedback, and also invite editing by sharing files from the cloud to collaborate more than one person on the project.What is the problem?When I want to open a file I get a message indicating that the file is open by myself, so I can't access it. Even when the file is closed in the browser, the editing link is closed and also closed in PSD or Ai. Confirming that everything is closed, the same message continues to appear “Someone else is editing AdobeCC_Test.psdc. You can either make a copy or wait for (My name) to close it and try again later."We have solved it by completely closing the Photoshop program and reopening it, but it is not the most practical solution, because it implies closing other projects that we are working on and it is not comfortable to do this every time.I look forward to your support on this.Thank you so much!

Hello Experts,In my Advertising Analytics report for Google Ads- the video Ads type are not tracked. ONLY text Ads are tracked. What could be the reason for this? I read in one of the post that Advertising Analytics only track text ads type with the integrated Google Ads accounts. is that still true and not updated in latest releases? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Hello Adobe Community, Need your help! I have the below Error Document vhost configuration written for my site as quoted below - <LocationMatch /> ErrorDocument 404 /content/wknd/404.html ErrorDocument 500 /content/wknd/500.html </LocationMatch> Now, 404 are handled well, but if let's say a page is throwing 500 I am not getting redirected to the 500 error page as configured above. Can anyone please suggest what could be a potential issue here? Thanks,Tanika

Hi, has anyone tried reaching out to Adobe Analytics customer center because a specific Activity ID hasn't been showing up on CGEN System? Worried that the data for the cgen tags under the activity would not be tracked anymore on Adobe Analytics.

Hi Team, Apologies for posting here. I downloaded the Trial for Adobe Creative Cloud so I can trial Photoshop, however, I cancelled the trial after 1 day. I received a confirmation that my subscription is cancelled but I was still charged. I tried to reach out to Customer Service but the system keeps saying that I don't have an active membership. The Adobe Virtual Assistant is unable to direct me to the right process. Please help! This is very stressful and time consuming. Thank you.

Hello, I just upgraded my php from 7.4. to 8.1. Most of my website works fine, however, when I switch languages I get the error "Unsupported operand types: string + int" I use the latest Joomla 4 version and the Helix 3 template. I found a similar post here :   It seems that the template needs an upgrade, right? When can this be expected? - php 7.4 is not supported anymore... Thank you!

I'm trying to fetch active workflows in the instances and their payload but some paths are /var/workflow/packages/generated-package80 so I've used    ResourceCollectionHelper.getPaths("/var/workflow/packages/generated-package80", rcCollections)   for getting the content and other associated paths in the package, the above method is working as expected and returns path in WorkFlowProcess. But In Scheduler, I've used the same approach for getting actual payload path from '/var/workflow/packages/generated-package80' but it returns an exception like "Cannot build path list out of the resource collection ". Need some suggestions to resolve this or Can I use Node Iteration approach? Hopefully someone can give me some suggestions. thanks
