Cannot access Adobe Admin Console

I have been try to access Adobe Admin Console and only get; 'You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.'

Try accessing through incognito window or a different browser. At times, the cookies would lead to this issue.

 

If the issue persists, its likely that your administrator has removed your Adobe ID from the "admin console" access roles.

I HAVE DONE THE INGOGNITO AND I STILL HAVE THE ISSUE.

 

the issue persists and I do not have administrator, this is a personal account.

 

What else can do? Thx

Did you ever figure this out?  I have a personal account, I am the only user.  HOW AM I NOT THE ADMIN?  I am so pissed off and there's no one to talk to.   My acrobat is running like a SNAIL and one suggestion to fix was to make sure you are running as administrator which should not make a difference but whatev.
