Hi, can anyone help.  I have a problem logging into analytics.  My login takes me to this screen and I can't move forward from here. Any ideas?  Our administrator is stumped too.    

I have a scheduled PDF export on my Workspace. The Workspace has a collapsed panel to improve performance. I want to retain this collapsed panel on the dashboard but on the exported PDF report I would like the panel to be expanded.Would this be possible?

Is it me or is the Data warehouse UI really unfriendly? I face the following challenges when I use the feature:   1. If I have to send data to an FTP the pop up takes forever to fully load. 2. Everytime I have to enter the same FTP location- why cannt this information be just saved? 3. There is no way to see the summary of the Request before hitting the send button thus the delivery option that is chosen is often not right 4. After hitting send instead of being re-directed to the status of the request I have raised it takes me to the home page 5. The default UI shows request in no order, I would like to see only the requests that I have raised in newest to oldest. No provision for this   Will the product team ever update this?  

Hi all,   I want to see "Average Time on Site" by page. Which item is proper to break down each page? If I use "URL" segment like below, URL is both including original URL and tagged URL, so there's  duplicate. I would really appreciate if you can help me.   Thanks !

I'm tryin to compose a segment where a user enters our site for the first time and then eventually (at some point in their user journey) enters our checkout process. I want to see all pages they consumed before reaching the checkout URL, but I don't think the Sequential Segment I built is giving me the correct results.   It is a Visitor-level container where the first criteria to be met is Visit Number = 1 THEN Page Name = Checkout-1 or Checkout-2.   Also, the segment is set up only to show people before the sequence. Is this the right way to set the logic up?    

I've tried manually adding through the funnel icon in advanced settings, but the dashboard won't pull in the URL so I can't view any metrics.

Hi Team, One of colleague have the Administrator rights to Adobe Analytics, still cannot access to reports on workspace. Under administrator section on https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ I can see  Products -> Adobe Analytics, Administrative Rights -> Product Administrator -> Adobe Analytics these rights already given.   Any suggestions.

Hi Team,   I have implemented the Opt-In feature (Using oneTrust) on one website and I can see that at_check gets created even if the user didn't provided consent - on page load. It means that the at.js gets executed before the oneTrust script executes. In oneTrust, we have configured at_check as an analytical cookie.   NOTE: I have enabled opt-in in the adobe target extension in data collection.   My query is: Should the at_check cookie be considered as an analytical cookie OR an essential cookie? Also, how does opt-In work with Adobe target on the website?   As per the documentation, I found the below info -  at_check: This cookie gives us the ability to test which content is more relevant to you, and show you personalized content based on your behavior.   Any information on this direction will be highly appreciated!

Does implementing SDID impacts analytics data? Has anybody observed any weirdness in the data post implementation. What I am seeing in my dataset is that Overall cart additions do not match with hit segment where cart addition exists + occurrences as a metric. Earlier the data used to match but post implementation it's not. Can Target calls post SDID implementation have an impact on analytics data i.e. impacting out of the box metrics?

I’m using the adobe average time on site metric with the month dimension in a table and I have a total number of 4 minutes and 0 seconds but when I look at the same metric paired with the Page URL or Page dimension the total of the average time spent on site is significantly lower (approx 1 minute). Can somebody explain why these are different?

I have a dot net application which is wrapped in Xamrin build. I can see analytics traffic from web, but not from Xamrin app. I can see windows object is created and data is build in required structure. But no traffic is going to analytics dashboard. Can someone suggest any solution or any way to debug any points. I tried to get XHR requests initiated from page, but as Analytics request if a 'gif' so I am unable to capture that.

Hello, after integrating AEM with Analytics I can't see the data in Analysis Workspace. What I'm sending to Analytics is the pageName. I can see that in debugger the pathname is shown in the pageName variable, also, when I use /ss in the console network I can see the pageName value as well.   But when I check the Report Suite that I'm using for Stage there is nothing there. Any help is appreciated. 

Hi all, I'm trying to create a total list of all our personalizations we created via Target in one total overview in workspace for this year. I have the challenge on how to show the data correctly.  For example we had a Target activity live from 06-10-2022 until 06-12-2022, when I select this segment it is still collecting and showing data. I think this is due the Adobe Target settings, the default 90-day expiration period. Is it somehow possible to create a total list of all our target activities and that the segment is only showing the data when the specific activity was live?*Example is from an activiy in app.What is the reason of the 90 day period?Thanks!Kind regards,Gilles

Hi All,   Currently, we are implementing tracking for mobile app using AEP Edge Network Extension where we are sending experience events to AEP Edge Network. Adobe has suggested to use AEP Assurance for validation. We are facing issues in integrating the mobile app with Adobe Assurance using app deep link.  Can anyone please suggest any other validation tools that can be used to validate Mobile App Experience Events sent to AEP Edge Network?   Thanks in advance!

Looking for ways you can track % of content/URLs viewed for a site. I am trying with the following combination:Content Viewed - VISIT container with Page AND Page Views is greater than or equal to 2 Not Viewed -VISIT container with Page AND Page Views is less than or equal to 1 I do get a split of the Views, but when I breakdown the Not Viewed URLs/Pages, I see that the pages have a view of more than 2. How can I view pages which have less than 1 view vs pages which have more than 1 views?

Hi all.  I was checking an evar38 value in Adobe Analytics and all the evar58 ocurrences have: Based on that all the URL Pathname (evar58) which includes this nomenclature "XXXX:XXXX", is in a Mobile App navigation. But I check in Adobe Data Feeds and I don't see  the same results (one ocurrence in ADF vs. 50 Ocurrences in Adobe analytics):   I haven't any filters in the Data Feeds load. Is there anything I'm missing?    

As the title -    I am looking to capture the adobe tag name that fires on a page as a prop variable. How can I go on about this?    

We have set up PBI to connect to AA. After publishing a report to the PBI Service, the report runs fine for a couple of weeks and then the credentials expire and the reports fail.  Updating the credentials fixes it for another 2 weeks.   Does anyone know what I need to do to keep them from expiring?

I got the full documentation but somehow it not working i'm getting this wired error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefinedat AppMeasurement.s.channelManager (<anonymous>:7:427)"   I was wondering if someone faced this while using the new plugin, below the code which was provided by Adobe support
