Reporting on Proof Decision Reasons?

Hello, is it possible to get reporting on proof decision reasons? Currently one of our proof decisions has various reasons under the decision including a text box for additional information needed at the time of decision (specifically an assigned approval number.) Would it be possible to pull a report showing which reasons were chosen on what proofs and include the data from the text box as well? Image below from Proof HQ showing the data I need to pull. Thanks for any direction!

Hi - at the moment, this information is not being pulled into Workfront so nothing to report on.

There is potential to look at an integration but the custom form to store the info is on the document level so once you have more than one version, you are in trouble. You'd also run issues with multiple approvals as well.

OH... here is something to think about... instead of using the Reason functionality, why not have the approvers write a comment on the proof and have them put REASON in front of it? You can then do Notes report where the Note Text contains "Proof Comment: REASON"

That might not get you everything, but you'd know the document, the approver, the comment (so the reason), and the timestamp.

    Very disappointing.  What's the point of capturing the reason if you can't pull that data.  This is a major flaw. Good workaround suggestion but not super helpful when you need to pull data from hundreds of proof decisions.
