Reply to proof comment made on updates tab should feed to proof

I would also like flags and resolved to show up in the updates area

I actually wouldn't want these to feed back and forth as the system is now because the point of being able to lock a proof is so users can't add anymore comments. Since we currently can't lock the proof updates comments, this could create a workaround for people to sneak comments in after lock. If they could maybe make it so when the proof locked, the proof updates comment area locked (or make this optional for an admin to switch on and off because I know not all companies work that way), this would be a great feature!

In the 20.3 release we introduced an improvement so that when you reply to a proof comment in the document update stream, we actually take you directly to that comment in the proof viewer. The idea is that we want you to maintain your comment discussions in the original location where they were created. Within proof there is more context such as imaging with advanced tooling which is missing from the update stream.
