Description - We would like to be able to report on who an approval or a work assignment (task or issue) is delegated to.
Current Behaviour - Workfront has given us the ability to delegate an approval or a work assignment to another user for a particular date range, but reporting on this is extremely rudimentary and the delegation is completely invisible on reporting.
How would you like the feature to work - On any sort of report showing assignments or approval processes, I should be able to
1) Filter for the delegated user in the same way I am able to filter for the assigned user
2) display in View the delegated user in the same way I can display a column for the assigned user
3) if the delegation is cancelled, we would like it to NOT show up on reporting
Why is this feature important to you -
It seems obvious that our users would want to see that something was delegated and the timeframe it was delegated in, so that they could follow up (with the delegated user) on work (while the previously-assigned user is not there)??
