Hello community!
After years as a Workfront Engineer turned multi-time system admin, I’m thrilled to announce the release of the plugin I’ve always dreamed of: Taailored for Workfront — a brand-new, AI-enabled platform designed to tackle some of Workfront’s toughest challenges. Connect to your Sandbox or Test Drive account today and start making your workflows a little easier. The beta is completely free to try, and the following two features are already live with much more on the way:
Say goodbye to kickstarts. Once Taailored is connected to Workfront, you can upload a document containing your project plan — in any format. If your document includes custom field data, simply select the custom form to attach.
Taailored uses AI to transform your document’s text into a structured project plan, automatically populating your custom form. You can review, edit, and push the finalized plan directly into Workfront.
Supported file types: pdf, img, png, txt, docx, csv, xlsx.
🩺 Free Workfront Health Check-Up
Once connected, head to the Workfront Consultant Tool. It runs a series of API calls to identify stale users, dusty templates, and underused projects. Then, our custom-trained AI provides smart recommendations.
You can deactivate users straight from the report or export a clean CSV with context and suggestions.
Wait now this is interesting. Did you just created a plugin that accomplishes some of the things we've all been asking adobe to add to workfront for the last 4.5 years lol? My first system admin job was almost 50% just doing audits to clean up the system from old data, users, project, templates, etc.. It was exhausting. The Workfront Consultant tool/feature you showed in your Demo seems like a perfect solution for that. Wish you made this a few years ago haha.
Being able to create a project via Dcument upload is also a huge painpoint that Workfront has been missing for far too long. No one likes kickstarts lol, they're almost more clunky than just creating a bunch of projects by hand. And being able to create a project from a image file? I have to say I'm impressed. I think this is huge. Props you you good sir.
@TylerGa9 You mentioned other features on the roadmap??
When I logged in to do some testing, I saw this, which I assume might answer at least part of your question...
@JaxonPo1 that's real talk lol..

I just tested it out and got it to connect to my sandbox. This is cool. Excited to do some testing.
Unfortunately the system won't allow me to enter my test drive details as it is not taking the input of '.' which is frustrating. Any idea how I can connect the test drive and test the plugin?
Best Regards,
Ankit

Hi Ankit!
On the domain field, you don't put the whole url, you just need to put the domain. So in your case you would just put b107kazi10 as your domain, then select testdrive as the environment, and then your api key at the bottom.
