Lookalike audience in AEP shows no data

Hi,

 

I created a look alike audience in AEP, however, I am not seeing any data.  Any idea why that would be the case.  The base audience has data.

Hey @cbsimp 

When did you create the audience ?

It takes some time for it to get processed. Till the processing is complete, profile count shows up as 0.

Also, what is your volume of base audience ? The profile count in the base audience ?

@cbsimp That's a pretty good volume to create a look-alike audience.

 

Would suggest raising a support ticket for this one. Might be a backend issue with the processing.

@abhinavbalooni how long does it usually take for the look-alike audience to be scored, and profile count to be available?
