Can't see my audience folders when I build a new rule

Hi Community,

So, a big part of RTCDP for my team is the ability to reuse audiences. We have created a folder structure to make it easier to find the audiences that we want to use as "building blocks" in our new audiences that we create. However, we have found that when we click "build rule" and go to "audiences" to find an audience that we want to build off of, our folder structure is not there, it is just a list of every audience created with no real structure. We can search for the audience we want but we really prefer to be able to navigate the folder structure for the audience we want to reuse. Is there a way to implement this?

Thanks!

Nick,

This would be great posted in the ideas section.  https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/real-time-customer-data-platform/idb-p/real-time-cd...

Would you mind posting this as a product enhancement idea.

Hi @NickMannion,

So far what I know is that there is not a workaround that supports folder structures for reusing or organizing audiences. My recommendations for the projects that I have work until the moment for this, is to have a consistent naming convention that can help you to find the audiences that you want, make a propper use of tags and metadata to include greater detail of your audiences.

Maybe @brekrut can give us more best practices for this cases.

Celia
