What is the best way to measure incrementality within Journey Optimizer?

Hi,

I am new to the Journey Optimizer tool and am working on setting up reporting/dashboard/ etc. to show success.  One component I would like to measure is the incremental lift journey have on the growth of my audience and would like to ask for advice:  Should we do that through the AEP audience, with in the AJO journey build, or with the CJA reporting?  Thanks in advance for the ideas and guidance.

@careyfr1 You can set up a reporting dashboard using CJA, and one way to do this is by using the guided analysis feature. The Active Growth guided analysis is particularly useful for tracking the growth of your user base.

Thanks!  We also heard that set up an A/B test in the AJO journey to pull out a hold out audience might also work.  Has another else do this?

That's a different strategy to see how different content variants perform rather than looking at incremental lift journey produces.

Also, additionally have a look at this recent feature "journey metrics" added to AJO.
