Frequency capping can be used in custom action

Hi all,

Is it possible to apply frequency capping to a Custom Action in Adobe Journey Optimizer? If yes, could anyone please explain how to implement it? If not, clarify why frequency capping is not supported for Custom Actions?

No, frequency capping is not currently supported for Custom Actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Hello @mounikaa2 ,

 

Frequency capping is not available for Custom Actions in AJO because these actions operate outside Adobe’s direct control and lack the built-in tracking and feedback required to enforce per-profile message limits.
