Create a landing page with a form, is this subscribed to a subscription list, is the information entered in the form in the text fields stored in Adobe Journey Optimizer? What happens to the information entered in the form?

@Brayan_Garcia ,

Whether or not a landing page with a form is subscribed to a subscription list or whether the information entered in the form is stored in Adobe Journey Optimizer depends on how the landing page is set up and configured.

If the landing page is integrated with a subscription list, then the information entered in the form may be stored.This would allow the marketer to use the information to create targeted marketing campaigns or personalized experiences for the subscriber.

If the landing page is not integrated with a subscription list, then the information entered in the form may be stored in a database or email service provider associated with the landing page. In this case, the marketer would need to manually transfer the information for further use.

We can see the subscription list in the audience section, how can we use those landing page form data in personalization.

You can log this as an enhancement with the customer care team.

Otherwise, you can leverage subscription lists if the form fields are checkboxes (say for example) and then with in the email designer, check for segment membership and accordingly personalize.

Thanks for your reply, i just want like the below behavior.

we created the form with salary, interestrate etc... when we fill it will go to subsciption list in audience section.

This will give us flexibility to use the audience existing like you did in the personalization. But, can i use salary and interestrate form values in personalization or not?
