Track who scroll down to the end of a page

Hi,

I want to set a rule to record who scroll down to the end of the page.

How could I achieve that goal?

I guess there are two methods: one is set a Direct Call rule fired at footer.

The other is that I noticed that there is "focus" under Event Type, I'm wondering what's the true meaning of that.

For I tested a rule like follows, and it didn't fire.
