Target confidence level different from Excel calculation

We are getting ready to share out test results and noticed that the confidence level % in Target is different than an Excel calculator that was downloaded from Adobe.  Can anyone help me understand why those two calculations are different considering they are both calculated by Adobe?  Excel version calculated confidence at 87% while Target calculates confidence at 57%.
