Incomplete Recommendations

Hi all!


We are trying to create a recommendation criteria to show the 20 most visited articles in a certain category.


Everything is logically based on the Popularity - Most Visited recommendation key, but after testing it with the design template, we never got the full 20 articles (not even activating the backup options). We get 2,3, 4 ... but never in full.


Is there a way to get a simple list of 20/30/40... most visited articles of any category?


Why don't the activated backup options complete the design template with any entity of the same category?

    How long you have been running recommendation? 

    Also, please check if entity.id is getting passed for all the blog pages of various categories.

    Have you made any custom changes in most viewed article criteria?

      Hi! The recommendation has been running for several months.

      There is no filter within that criteria, just:

      * Key recommendation: Popularity
      * Recommendation logic: Most visited

      The backup recommendations is enabled, but it still does not fill all the slots and for some categories results are distressing.
