In Adobe Target How to encrypt, decrypt and anonymize data?

Are any tools provided by Adobe Target out of box for encrypting and decrypting data?

If not, what tools are typically integrated for this purpose?

Appreciate responding to my post.

The URL you highlighted describes data encryption while transmitting data and not while storing.

So, I will take it that Target does not encrypt while storing data.
