Headline A/B testing with Target

Avatar

Level 2

Hi community,

Has anyone used Target to A/B test different headlines like Chartbeat? https://help.chartbeat.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023929453-Guide-to-Headline-Testing-and-Image-Testin...

Adobe Support suggested Auto-Allocate it's not practical to run a test for every article we want to test different headlines.

Cheers

Keith

If you want to perform an A/B test on headlines and evaluate the performance of each experience then you should use a manual AB test

If you want to perform an A/B test on the headline and drive more traffic to the winner experience use Auto allocate

If you use target premium 3rd option is an auto-target - this uses an advanced ML algorithm to show the best-tailored experience to the user based on their individual profile or similar profile with past users.

Thanks Gauresh, it's not practical to use either type because we'd have to set up a different test for each article. Is there any way to do this at scale with Target, or just at a individual page level?
