Can you check your .wskprops config file, see https://adobedocs.github.io/adobeio-runtime/tools/wsk_install.html for details. From the screenshot I see there is https://runtime.adobe.io/%0D/… in your URL. "%0D" should not be there. 

Also it is recommended to use "adobeioruntime.net" for the apihos.

Thanks @mhaack This issue is only on windows so remove the extra %0D and it worked!
