Reporting on AEP Customer Destinations using CJA

Hello

 

we're trying to build reporting on AEP RT-CDP destinations (Customer Data Type).... preferably connecting CJA to analyze

 

Anyone had this experience or how-tos?

Hello @crispypop ,

You can try to use the Audience Analysis destination in AEP to stream your RT‑CDP audience data directly into CJA as a Profile dataset. Refer here.

Then, in CJA Connections, simply add that profile dataset to your connection and map your Person ID. Your destination qualifications become ready to use dimensions in Analysis Workspace reports. Refere here.

To report on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP destinations using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA):

- Use RT-CDP's Segment Export API or Dataset Export to get audience data.
- Use AEP Query Service to reshape the data into a profile-friendly format.
- Connect the transformed dataset to CJA via Data Views.
- Build reports in CJA Workspace based on audience membership and behavior.

You can also publish audiences directly from CJA back to AEP, making it a two-way integration. This setup helps you analyze and optimize destination performance effectively.
