QUALIFIED PROFILES Count is zero

In the audiences QUALIFIED PROFILES is getting always zero .Can someone help me to resolve this issue.

If you are expecting some counts for this segment, then you should perform a quick validation using Query Service.

1. Check the Code View of the segment in question from the UI.

2. Run a query on the profile snapshot using the conditions mentioned in step 1 above and check for the count of unique people identifiers.

3. If the count is greater than 0, then you should raise a support ticket.

Hi @MamathaR1 ,

The total estimated audience count in the sandbox is 0, as shown in the screenshot. Check whether your Profile Snapshot dataset is getting refreshed daily. It happens only if you have ingested data in profile-enabled datasets.
Also, please make sure some data is available in any one Individual Profile Schema class dataset.
