How to learn AEP?

Hi all 🙂

I want to learn the Adobe Platform and get certified on AJO, CJA, CDP.

 

A friend advised me that it would be smart to get started with AEP fundamentals, since everything else builds on that.

 

Is there a dedicated course for that? (Can't find it).

 

Also I wondered if there is a Sandbox which I could use to practice. Or how can one get hands-on experience?

I manage the Platform tutorials on Experience League located here:

I recommend starting with all of the Intro to Platform videos in the left rail (also packaged in a Playlist).

 

Next, if you can get a dedicated sandbox in your org as per @jayakrishnaaparthasarathy 's recommendation, I suggest going through this hands-on step-by-step Getting Started with Adobe Experience Platform for Data Architects and Data Engineers tutorial, which will get you hands on with some of the basic components of Experience Platform.

Getting a sandbox for your personal use might not be possible unless your Org is an Adobe Solutions Partner who get dedicated sandboxes from Adobe which you can use for your hands on work.

You might want to explore training options from Adobe or any other provider where you get to do some sort of capstone to get hands on experience. To enquire more about learning options from Adobe you can check Adobe Learning Help Center.

    Hi @jenniferki10  - As mentioned by Harveer, getting a sandbox access from organization level is very easy, you just need to knock the right door to grant you access for adobe suite on your company. Moreover, getting adobe suite access is very essential to get certified to see how the product actually structured and behave in real time scenario. 

    Regarding certification preparation, adobe is also started conducting CDP mentorship program. Please keep an eye on that to get nominated for that program, expert will train you to get certified. Check on here for the glance.
