AEP Destinations - How to activate segments and data to other adobe products

In the documentation[1], it is mentioned that we can activate segments to different adobe platforms using the destination option in AEP. But, when i log in to AEP, i don't see that option. I'm administrator on my instance. Do i need to add-on to enable destinations option in AEP?

If you are here:

https://platform.adobe.com/home

and you don't see the word "Destinations" on the left hand side of the page immediately underneath the word "Sources" then your instance of AEP (or your current AEP sandbox) has not been provisioned with Real-time CDP:

If you think that this is incorrect and you should have this product available to you then either contact your Adobe account team or open a support ticket by clicking the "?" icon in the upper right corner of the AEP page.
