Select & Extract list of AEP segments based of user preferences

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - For better segment management, need ability to Tag a segment and perform necessary action. Example - Do an export, perform bulk delete, deactivate from destination, do not use for ML model building etc

How would you like the feature to work - Tag and pull list of Archive segment or list of segment based of Product type or list of segment activated at a destination or list of segment with Zero profile count or list of segment used for Model building or list of segment to be deleted etc.

Current Behaviour - Through API functionality, list of all segment available in AEP can be pulled and extracted.
