How does Adobe Experience Platform compare to existing Customer Relationship Management and Data Management Platforms?

AEP is not a CRM product. When I think of CRM, I think of something like Salesforce. AEP is not like Salesforce at all.

AEP is like a DMP, in that you can collect data from various sources, create audience segments from that data, and activate the segments in destinations.
