What is Best way to upload assets in to AEM in Bulk?

Hi Experts,

We have AEM 6.4 Adobe Managed Services environment and using the Amazon S3 as data store. We want to upload the 3 million assets including image (per image size is 15-20 GB) and video (per video size is 25 GB). What is the best way to upload these assets in bulk in AEM?

Can we use the AEM desktop app?
