Touch UI Dialog full screen by default.

Hi everybody,

By default Touch UI dialog opens like a pop-up. The is a "Toggle fullscreen" button to expand it.

Is there a default configuration which makes dialog fullscreen when you open it?

I was able to set the default to `fullscreen` with the following configuration in cq:EditConfig:
