rte touch ui : modify rtePlugins

Hi,

I can not change the rtePlugins a richtext in touch ui. 

I read that you could do something like that, but it is not detailed . Can you help me please ?

Not all the classic RTE features are available in Touch UI.

Please create config node under cq:inplaceEditing and its jcr:primaryType is nt:unstructured 

after that create one more node under config node, name as rtePlugins, and primaryType is nt:unstructured 

Note : all the features will not work.
