RTE Issue with 6.4.5

I used  aria-label as custom attribute field in anchor of RTE everything is working fine but I am facing one issue i mentioned it below-

my content in text is ="hello world" .When I am selecting hello and providing value in the aria-label and when i am saving it, the same value i am getting in aria-label when I am trying to make world as a link.
But for Alt text it is working correctly.

Anybody else having this issue?
