I am particularly interested in understanding the workings of Adobe Sensei AI and its background processes. Could you please anyone provide more information or guide me to resources where I can learn more about how Adobe Sensei powers the various AI solutions within Adobe?

As far as I understand, you cannot directly interact with Adobe Sensei, but you can take advantage of its processing capabilities. Please check these articles which explain where Adobe Sensei is "exposed" and how it enhances Adobe products with AI:
