Issue with Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app installation

Hi everyone,

The Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application won't install on my machine. Despite my repeated attempts to download it from the Adobe website, the installation procedure always seems to be stuck.


I've also tried deleting my cache and turning off my antivirus program, but those actions don't seem to have made a difference.

Do you have any ideas on how I might tackle this problem? My machine runs Windows 10.

Here are the system requirements for the Creative Cloud desktop app:

 

 

Looks like it is supported on 64-bit Windows 10.  Check the below link to see if any of this applies to you: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html
