Different way to migrate user, usergroup from one AEM environment to other environment

Hello All,

Can someone tell me the different way of migrating the user, user group from once environment to other environment? For example : I want to get all the user, user group permission from my QA author env. to my local env. AEM version is : 6.4.8

There are two ways to migrate user and groups with ACL in AEM.

• Migrate users using ACL Packager from acs common package.
• Manually create package using package manager.

The best and simple approach is to use acs common package.

From the example i understood that you wanted to move it from environment to environment and not between AMS to cloud. 

I suggest you to follow the ACL package transfer

But if it is a migration user mapping can be done using CTT tool before you start migration. Refer to below link
