Hi All,

Need suggestion or solution for below issue:-

I have recently upgraded Aem from 6.3 to 6.5 and also applied the patch 6.5.5. Upgraded was successful as per the logs and I really do not see any issue; however, after this upgrade we are seeing these major issues:-

1. dam assets not showing any properties. I can see folders there is no details apart from folder tree.

2. Pages are not loading properly.

Steps to fix the issue:-

1. we have seen few indexing errors and exceptions which I have fixed after running re-indexing.

2. I have also tried to fix the assets by running workflow for individual content.

but still issue is same any suggestion or solution would be appreciable, I have also logged ticket with adobe didn't get much help as of now.

Hi @Ravindra17 ,

Need to understand more in order to figure out root cause-

1. You mentioned that assets are not showing any properties but you are also mentioning that only folders are visible in tree (which I believe you meant in CRXDE), please confirm.

2. Are you seeing any errors/exceptions in logs, browser console/network tab errors while loading pages. Are those static pages or you are hitting any web API?

3. Which workflow you tried to fix the assets issue?

I believe since you had already raised Adobe ticket so they must have validated that the steps of migration are right in order.
