I am using Hootsuite Media Exchange Partner Program (Dev) Sandbox and it has two environments:

  • hootsuite-media-exchange-partner-program-dev-dev
  • hootsuite-media-exchange-partner-program-dev-rde

The existing environment hootsuite-media-exchange-partner-program-dev-dev was created 2 years ago. The issues that occurred:

  • Could not create a local token with my user and got a 403 error (see attached)

  • Could not create a technical account and got a 403 error (see attached)

  • Pipeline deployment failed after running for 12 hours

Hi @waltya ,

If you have sufficient permissions, can you please try logging in via Incognito Mode in the browser ?

Hi,

If someone else in your Org can access it without issue, then it is something related to your user, you should contact your Org Administrator and ask him to review your permissions. If none can access the instance, then you need to create a support case and Adobe will help you on this.

Hope this helps
