Hi,
I've installed the service pack 6.5.8 on my AEM publish instance and I cannot login.
Previously I could do it by accessing 'http://<ip>:4503/crx/packmgr/index.jsp' and clicking in the login button that opened a modal where I could write my credentials.
I've seen that now this access is not possible but I have no other way to do it because login form is not really login.
I've tried with this:
http://<ip>:4503/libs/granite/core/content/login.html
and with this (this one redirects to crx de but without being logged in):
http://172.17.4.16:4503/libs/granite/core/content/login.html?resource=/crx/de
but when I write my credentials I'm not really logged.
I've seen that te cookie 'login-token' is not written as I can see on my author instance but I don't know why.
I had the Service Pack 5 installed before (AEM 6.5.5) and I had no problems with login using the loggin button in the Package Manager.
Any ideas? How can I make the login work?
Thank you in advance.
Topics help categorize Community content and increase your ability to discover relevant content.
Blacklisting will be required if you have etc/maps configured on your publish instance. It will try to rewrite your URLs to any matching rule and form submission will not work with basic authentication.
To make it work and stop the rewriter to rewrite the URL, you need to add the path into the blacklisting so that your call will return 200 and you will be able to login.
Thanks!
Thank you @Asutosh_Jena_ and @Jaideep_Brar for the help with this. Much appreciated.
Thank you for the explanation @Asutosh_Jena_!
The http://localhost:4503/crx/explorer/index.jsp worked for me but crx/de access never worked at all. The default login page http://<ip>:4503/libs/granite/core/content/login.html. is also not working as it is returning with anonymous user token.
I even added the http://localhost:4503/libs/granite/core/content/login.html?resource=crx/de
and also added the following config
But not luck.
Please help me if you guys are able to login in crx/de by any means.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Jaideep_Brar ,
The steps suggested worked for me. Could you kindly elaborate on why blacklisting the path would help in the login?
Thanks
Ankita
