AEMaaCS: Does all environments have Fastly CDN

Hi, I want to test few CDN cache TTL realted changes in lower environements. But do Dev,QA and Stage has OOTB Fastly CDN ? If not then how to test CDN changes in lower environments? Thanks Ganesh

Yes, all of them do have CDN support ootb.
