AEM Smart Tag Assets feature flag configuration is missing in AEM 6.3.3 and 6.4

AEM Smart Tag Assets feature flag configuration is needed to activate smart tags for assets, This configuration is available in 6.3.0 but after installing 6.3.3 FP the configuration is missing, Even in 6.4 and 6.4.2 FP the configuration is missing. Can anyone check this and let me know, please.

    Hi,

    The feature flag is available but the OSGi config is missing, I can see the flag when I access programatically.

    com.adobe.dam.asset.autotag.feature.flagThis Feature Flag would govern the AEM Assets Smart Tags Feature.class com.day.cq.dam.similaritysearch.internal.impl.AutoTagAssetFeatureFlag

    I am wondering if you can try to create repository based config for same in AEM 6.4 and enabled it from there.
